Useful Information

The cleaning service is included when you leave the apartment.
You will find the beds prepared with our clean sheets.
In each bathroom we will leave a large towel for the shower, a towel for the sink and one for the bidet.

The kitchens are equipped with everything necessary for 6 guests:
plates, glasses, cutlery, pots, pans.
You will also find the coffee maker for induction hob.
Attention to Berkel professional knives, they are very sharp.

Each kitchen is equipped with modern high quality appliances:

Dishwasher

There is a washing machine in each apartment.

Each room, excluding bathrooms, has a dedicated air conditioner.
A high quality umbrella is available for each apartment.

In the relevant courtyard, 1 parking space is available for each apartment, with electric car charging service. Type 3 socket from about 4KW/h.

La Spiaggia

The villa is 350m from the free beaches of the Palmi waterfront.
The beaches are of clear sand up to a few meters from the sea, the seabed consists mainly of pebbles and pebbles.

The water is always crystalline and the reflection of the seabed makes it even more transparent and inviting.

Less than 1km from the villa, begins a sequence of lids equipped for a fee, offering parking, umbrellas, deck chairs and beach bar.

In the surroundings…

We recommend a relaxing holiday but with some excursions (even evenings) in the surroundings. The place has a lot to offer, art, culture, history, music, trekking, biking and above all: good food, sweet and salty.

Below are some destinations we recommend:

• Trekking trail, ring-shaped, with breathtaking views of the sea.
• Panoramic terrace of Sant’Elia (Le tre Croci).
• Taureana archaeological park, you will visit a Saracen sighting tower overlooking the sea, also visible from the beach.
• Lungomare di Reggio Calabria and Corso Giuseppe Garibaldi.
  Museum of Reggio where you can admire the famous Bronzes of Riace.
• Scylla and Chianalea.
• Lungomare and main course of Bagnara Calabra.
• Pizzo, the sculptures in the cave and of course the famous truffle ice cream.
• The village of San Giorgio Morgeto.
  
  Culinary Tips:
• Rosticceria Brando Francesco, 1km from the villa, on the seafront, you will find delicious sleeves made by them, at low prices.
• Restaurants Il Fico and L’Ancora, always on the waterfront, excellent quality of food, fish specialties.
• In Taurianova, a town with 20 minutes drive, we recommend 2 historical and famous ice cream pastries also abroad: Taverna and Murdolo.
• The restaurant Radikena, the highest quality of everything.
• In Gioia Tauro, a town bordering Tonnara di Palmi, the restaurant Masseria Urbana.
• We also point out the experience we call: “less is more“, at the Giuliano bakery, in Cannavà, where you will find a simple pizza, made as 100 years ago did his great-grandparents: pizza with only local tomato and olives.
  You will be surprised by the intense and ancient taste, taste the homemade tomato sauce, locally grown tomatoes and all the Calabrian tradition.
  
  A bit more distant, but warmly recommended:
• Tropea, it is about 1h, difficult to find parking in August, but it is worth it.
• Gerace, a medieval village on the montanga, where at the end of the walk you can try the best granite of Calabria, at Bar Del Tocco, having to taste the taste “rich and walnuts”.
• Trekking “La Scialata”, mountain route where each step is flanked by water courses and spectacular waterfalls.
